We provide a bespoke service and do our best to work with your specified budget. 

Once you have a date confirmed as well as an idea of a floral budget we will arrange to discuss your floral preferences with you. 

We will then create a bespoke proposal for you and present it alongside a quotation. This is a design concept and quotation and it can be revised if necessary. 

Once you confirm the proposal and quote at this stage we can accept an initial 25% deposit which secures our services for your wedding date.

Other than the cost of the floral material we charge an installation fee which includes delivery, set up and a de-rig fee, unless otherwise stated.

You can begin the booking process as far in advance as you wish but we would recommend starting discussions at least three months before your wedding day. 

We are able to create floral installations on shorter notice, but this does depend on our availability.

At Vervain we hold a serious commitment to sustainability and strive to reduce our environmental impact whenever possible. We completely avoid the use of floral foam and single use plastic packaging in all our work.

We predominately only source floral and botanical material from local sources including our own growing space.

After your event we can arrange for your guests to take loose flowers home. Any other material will be fully composted for growing flowers for the next season.
